- La troisième édition grenobloise des FANs, Formation Annuelle à la Neutronique, s’est déroulée du 25 au 27 juin 2024 à Grenoble. Les travaux pratiques ont pu se faire sur les CRG français D1B, IN13 et SAM. Un grand merci à tous les enseignants et responsables d’instruments pour le succès de cette école !

Capacité de stockage de l’oxygène géante dans BaCoO3−δ sondée par une mesure couplée in-situ de thermogravimétrie (TGA) et de diffraction de neutrons
Les pérovskites à base de cobaltate de barium et les nanocomposites associés sont des matériaux prometteurs pour le stockage d’énergie. Ici, des mesures couplées de thermogravimétrie et diffraction de neutrons sur poudre ont permis de caractériser l’insersion réversible de l’oxygène dans la structure, à l’origine de la capacité de stockage exceptionnelle.
